Description
A surprise gift for 
which one of her fav Pokemon is Seel. Poor cute thing has very little fanart :C (really search "seel" on Da and you get around 2300 images and very few of them are seel the Pokemon).
Anyway I think this pic turned out extremely well for something I drew rather quickly. Nice smooth lineart and shading top off with a quick yet effective background.

Aww I love Seel. I had one back when i first had Blue, I would use it to Surf everywhere!
I kinda feel bad that I don't use them a lot these days, though.
